The Funeral Service for Mrs. Effie Bulmer, resident of River Heights Lodge, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, November 10th from Third Avenue United Church with Reverend Fred Tinio officiating.  Interment will take place at Ruddell Cemetery.  The family request memorial donations be considered to Ruddell Cemetery Fund, or to a charity of the Donors choice.  Condolences can be sent to mail@battlefordsfuneralservice.com   The funeral arrangements for Effie Bulmer have been entrusted to Battlefords Funeral Service.
