Delores Weenie’s family are incredibly saddened to announce her passing on Wednesday, January 27^th, 2021, at the age of 54 years young.

 Left to mourn Delores is her beloved grandson Lucas; mother Annie; sisters Corinne, Naomi (Rick), and Bridget (Alvin); brother Scott; her nieces, nephews, and grandchildren; as well as numerous cousins, relatives, and friends.

Delores was very hard working from an early age, always doing everything to make sure everyone was taken care of. She loved her grandchildren with all her heart; she took care of everybody and put herself last. She enjoyed sports, music, karaoke, and online bingos. She also loved to travel and tour the mountains.

We all love you and will miss you dearly.

She is predeceased by her grandparents William and Mary Weenie; Uncles Louis and Gabriel; and Cousins Gordon, Vera, and Dwayne.

Funeral services for Delores were held on Saturday, January 30th from the Veteran’s Hall at Poundmaker Cree Nation, with interment following the service. Sallows & McDonald Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.
