It is with profound sadness that Lillian Garrett and family announce the passing of their beloved husband, father and grandfather, Clifford Arthur Garrett, on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at Battlefords Union Hospital with family at his side. Service Of Celebration And Thanksgiving for Clifford’s life will be announced at a later date.
