Gymnastics Fall Competitive Tryouts

If you are interested in any three of our competitive programs (Artistic, Rhythmic, and Trampoline) which will be open to both boys and girls in September, please sign up for try outs:

Pre-competitive programs for children age 3-5 are generalized and the aspiring competitive gymnasts learn all three disciplines of gymnastics.

Competitive programs for children age 6+ are specialized to the three disciplines of gymnastics.

Women’s artistic gymnastics includes vault, bars, beam, and floor.

Men’s artistic gymnastics includes vault, horizontal bar, parallel bars, pommel horse or mushroom, rings, and floor.

Trampoline gymnastics includes trampoline, tumbling, and mini trampoline.

Rhythmic gymnastics includes hoop, ball, ribbon, rope, and free.
