Lisa Heidel heading to Cuba thanks to Q98 Great Escape

As late night wind chills made it feel closer to -25C, it was a welcome win for Lisa Heidel Friday night, who went home with two tickets to Cuba courtesy of Q98’s The Great Escape.
She and her boyfriend will be spending a week at the Royalton Cayo Santa Maria in Santa Clara Cuba, a five-star adults-only luxury resort, from Travel Escapes in Meadow Lake.
Heidel and Barb Landrie — who was a winner two years prior — were the last two standing anxiously on stage after a night filled with rotating eliminations from the draw barrel.
The Great Escape Party at the Gold Eagle Casino was filled with Minute to Win It style games, which included participants shaking like dogs to empty tic-tac containers to contestants attempting to knock down a small pyramid of cans with rubber bands.
