Streets to be closed during Indigenous Peoples Day celebrations Thurs.

With National Indigenous Peoples Day being celebrated tomorrow, the City of North Battleford has announced multiple street closures around the city.

Twelfth Ave. from 101st St. to the alley between 102nd and 103rd St., 102nd St. from 1135 to 1201, as well as the alley between 101st and 102nd St. will be closed from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m. for the Battle River Treaty 6 Health Centre's annual pancake breakfast and celebration.

Thirteenth Ave. from the alley between 100th and 101st St. to the alley between 102nd and 103rd St., as well as the south half of 102nd St. on the 1300-block will be closed from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. for the permanent raising of the Treaty 6 flag at City Hall.
