North Battleford pair face multiple drug-related charges

Two people from North Battleford will be making their second appearance in court after being arrested on March 9 by the “F” Division Crime Reduction Team following the execution of a search warrant.

A quantity of what RCMP believe to be marijuana, drug paraphernalia and money were seized during the arrest, which happened on the 1400 block of 106 St. in North Battleford.

The two arrested are 19-year-old Brandon Babchuk and 26-year-old Kerry Thomas. Both charged with possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking, possession of the proceeds of crime and breach of an undertaking. 

Both suspects appeared in North Battleford Provincial Court on Monday and will reappear on Friday morning at 9:30 a.m.
