Case held over for man facing attempted murder charge in N.B.

The case involving a man facing a charge of attempted murder has been remanded until Feb. 5 when the accused is scheduled to enter a plea. 

Clayton Favel, 19, who is in custody, appeared in North Battleford provincial court via CCTV from Saskatoon, Monday. 

The charges relate to a Jan. 5 shooting incident in North Battleford. 

Favel is facing 19 charges including: attempted murder using a firearm, pointing a firearm, discharging a firearm with intent, commission of an offence to benefit a criminal organization, possession of property obtained by crime, and dangerous operation of a vehicle, among others.
