Drunk driving, deficit focus of fall session in the legislature
While the death of Roger Parent was the immediate focus of the legislature, Wednesday was the last day of the fall session.
A number of issues had been raised – from the deficit, to program cuts and the controversial GTH land sale.
The opposition NDP believes the government hasn’t got the job done.
“We have a government that was dishonest with Saskatchewan people on so many fronts and the cost of Saskatchewan Party mismanagement and waste is piling up,” interim leader Trent Wotherspoon argued.
