Charges laid after break-in on Railway Avenue

A 56-year-old man is facing several charges after a break-in at a business on Railway Avenue.

The incident happened Feb. 28.

Frederick Robert Derkach was arrested on March 2.

His charges include break and enter; committing theft over $5000; and being disguised with intent to commit an offence

Derkach has been released from custody wirh conditions and will make his first court appearance in North Battleford on April 4.
