Battlefords RCMP are concerned for the safety of a 15-year-old girl missing since February.

Oceana Cantre was last seen by her mother at 3 p.m. on Feb. 19, at her home on the Moosomin First Nation north of the Battlefords. She was reported missing about an hour later.

Police have been investigating since then, and have spoken with people who say they have seen Cantre. Officers have not seen her themselves, and are worried she may be at risk for harm. She has not been at school since she was reported missing.

Cantre is described as 5’2”, 100 to 110 lbs., of Metis heritage, with black hair and brown eyes, and a thin build. When last seen, she was wearing a black hoodie with blue writing, running shoes, and black pants with a floral pattern.
