Mrs. Mildred Ethel Heidel

Mildred Ethel Heidel, mother, grandmother and friend to many, passed away suddenly, but peacefully early Saturday morning, September 12, 2026.
She was born in Highgate, Saskatchewan July 24, 1934 to Tom and Viola Nicholson. This eventually grew into a family of 10 brothers and sisters. After a few moves, the family settled in Mullingar, Saskatchewan.
She met William Heidel in the spring of 1952, and they married October 14, 1953. Thus, her family increased exponentially by Bill’s 12 brothers and sisters. They built their home and life on the farm (NW 6-45-15-W3rd) for the next 60 years. Mildred and Bill were blessed with six children and all the hard work, pleasures and fun to go with that.
She enjoyed everything from the simple pleasures of dancing, playing cards, and camping to more elaborate adventures of travelling and owning properties to getaway from the farm and the cold.
She is predeceased by many family and friends; survived, loved and know by as many more. RIP Millie.
