Eight apartments, metal recycling facility up for decision in North Battleford
Eight new apartments and a metal recycling facility could get the go-ahead in North Battleford Monday as city council considers two development proposals.
Administration is recommending approval of both applications when council meets Aug. 17.
One proposal would add eight apartments to an existing commercial property at 1962 100 Street, more than doubling the number of units previously approved for the site.
Council approved three apartments at the property in 2024, but they were never developed and the permit has since expired. The new application increases the number to eight.
