Rodney is lovingly remembered by his son, Dallas Pawliw and grandson Elijah Pawliw; step-son, Tyler Rose and step-grandsons Preston and Wyatt Rose; His wife Marie Pawliw; step-daughters: Dawn Rose, Carmen Rose, Megan Pawliw, and children.

Rodney is predeceased by his parents, Fred and Olive Pawliw; grandparents: Rogue and Grace Nordgen, George and Rose Pawliw.
