Overnight rollover sends two to hospital near North Battleford

Two people were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after an overnight single-vehicle rollover eight kilometres south of North Battleford.

Battlefords RCMP said officers were called to the report of a “serious collision” on Highway 4 at approximately 2:15 a.m. Tuesday.

Police, local fire crews and EMS responded to the scene. Both occupants of the vehicle were transported to hospital by ambulance.

The crash initially prompted RCMP to advise motorists of a serious collision on the highway and warn of delays as traffic was reduced to a single lane while emergency crews worked at the scene.
