Craig, Lillian Genevieve (Genny)

The family of Genny Craig announce her passing on June 3, 2026 at Edam, SK at the age of 92 years. Left to mourn her loss and cherish all that she was is her beloved family; her children, Jurine (Henri) Albert, Gordon (Shelley) and Richard (Lorylle Demyon). She is also survived by her grandchildren; Curtis, Darrell(Ivy), Kerri (Kris), Jaylene, Ashleigh (Trevor), Cassandra (Mike), Jamie (Dan) Lindsey (Shane), Dana (Mark), Dallas, Tiffany (Jason), Melissa (Marc) and her great grandchildren; Zowi, Zaria, Zavion, Zalika, Zaliyah, Kailee, Brett, Ivy, Otto, Ruby, Jude, Ella,  Bentley, Craig, Ben, Layla, Jenna, Arlee, Hayden, Carl, Rylee, Leah, Ryan, Tristen, Denai, Evan and Stan. Genny leaves behind numerous other family and treasured friends.

Genny was predeceased by her husband; Jim, her parents, Edna and George Mannix; brothers, Ron and David Mannix, sister, Marlene Morin and grandson, Brett.

Funeral Services for Genny will be held at the Third Avenue United Church, North Battleford, SK on June 11, 2026 at 2:00PM with burial to follow at the Battleford Cemetery in Battleford, SK.

The family would like to express our sincere thanks to Uncle Eddie, Aunt Kay and Aunt Bev for always being there when we couldn’t and for always keeping us informed on how mom was doing. The family expresses sincere thanks to all the staff at the Lady Minto Health Centre for the wonderful care they gave mom.

The family suggests that if desired, a donation can be made in Genny’s memory to the Lady Minto Health Care Centre at SHA c/o Lady Minto Health Care Centre Box 330 Edam, SK S0M 0V0.
