Yamamoto in form as Dodgers top Blue Jays 4-1 to hand Toronto its sixth loss in a row
TORONTO —
Hyeseong Kim scored twice and Dodgers starter Yoshinobu Yamamoto was strong over six-plus innings as the Los Angeles Dodgers defeated Toronto 4-1 on Tuesday to hand the Blue Jays their sixth straight loss.
Yamamoto (2-1) allowed five hits and one walk to help the Dodgers (9-2) win their fifth game in a row.
George Springer drove in Andres Gimenez in the sixth inning for Toronto’s lone run.
