Mark McMorris hurt during practice run at Olympics: report
Reports are saying Mark McMorris’ Olympics are now in jeopardy.
The Associated Press is reporting that the three-time Olympic bronze medalist crashed Wednesday night during a training session for the big air event. Reports are that he had to be taken off the course on a stretcher.
In a brief update on Team Canada’s website, it said McMorris had a “heavy crash.”
The 32-year-old product of Regina, Sask., was set to make his fourth appearance at the Olympics and was getting ready for Thursday’s qualifying event, which was set to take place before the opening ceremony.
