It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Ray on August 1, 2025 at St. Paul’s Hospital in Saskatoon with family by his side.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Sandy Grant; sister, Brenda Adelman (Sharon Naugler); brother, Aaron (Tania) Adelman; sister, Dwyla Friend; brother-in-law, Wayne (Audrey) Kaminski; father and mother-in-law, Daryl (Gladys) Grant; brother-in-law, Gary (Linda) Grant; brother and sister-in-law, Russ Iverson (Donna Grant-Iverson);  brother and sister-in-law, Hal Brown (Darla Grant).

Also to mourn his passing are numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

Ray was predeceased by his parents, Erwin and Geraldine Adelman; sister, Deborah Kaminski; and nephew, Brennan Kaminski.

A Celebration of Life for Ray will take place on Friday, September 19, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. held at the Don Ross Gymnasium, 891-99th St. Door #6, North Battleford, SK reception and fellowship to follow.  Interment will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Battlefords Minor Baseball Association, PO Box 921, North Battleford, SK S9A 2Z3 or Battlefords Minor Hockey Association, PO Box 684, North Battleford, SK S9A 2Y9 or a charity of the donor’s choice.
