Doug Beleznay passed away at the Battlefords Union Hospital on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at the age of 84 years.

Doug is survived by his Wife, Pat Beleznay; Sons: Michael Beleznay. Dion (Tammie) Beleznay, Kelly Beleznay; Daughter, Tammy (Daniel) Rooney; Grandson, Connor Beleznay; Brother, Ellwood (Lorraine) Beleznay. Doug was predeceased by his Parents: Joe and Rose Beleznay; Father and Mother in-law: Michael and Katherine Semko; Granddaughter, Mackenzie-Skye Rooney.

A Celebration of Life will take place at Hafford Holy Eucharist Catholic Church Hall 205 2nd Street East Hafford, Saskatchewan on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at 2:00 PM.
