Recap: over 15 moves made during SJHL trade deadline day
The Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL) trade deadline was 5 p.m. Friday and there were 15+ moves made around the league.
One of the biggest moves around the league was between the Flin Flon Bombers and Notre Dame Hounds.
Flin Flon picked up Notre Dame Hounds captain Liam Hunks, a 2004-born defenceman who had eight goals and 16 assists through 31 games his season with the Hounds. The Bombers gave in return Wylie Smith, Evin Bossel and Brennan Brown along with a player development fee.
Another huge trade was between the Kindersley Klippers and La Ronge Ice Wolves.
