Collin passed away peacefully at age 76 with family by his side. He is survived by his daughter Cathy and son Lee, 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, sister, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends in England.
Collin also leaves 2 brothers, a sister in law, niece and nephews in Regina and many friends in Battleford. He will be loved and missed by all who knew him. He is predeceased by 5 siblings.
Collin was born in Saskatchewan on November 21, 1948, the second of 9 children. At the age of 10, his family moved to England where he lived until his return to Canada in 1982.
He worked in the Battleford area as a mason and was highly regarded for his work. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. Gardening was his passion and his vegetable garden was admired by everyone.
We thank the staff of River Heights Lodge, North Battleford Union Hospital and St. Paul’s Hospital in Saskatoon for their kindness and care.
A Celebration of Life will be held in Battleford at a date to be announced later.
