Extreme cold weather warning in affect for tonight

An extreme cold weather warning has been issued by Environment Canada for parts of Central Saskatchewan including the Battlefords and surrounding areas.

Temperatures are expected to reach near minus 30 combined with 10 to 15 km/h winds making it feel like minus 40 overnight Thursday into Friday morning due to an arctic airmass moving over the region.
