Sir Brent arrested after breaching peace-bond

The man who goes by the name Sir Brent Habetler has been arrested once again, this time in Radisson last week after an investigation by Maidstone RCMP discovered he had breached a peace-bond after speaking with a child at a playground.

The incident happened earlier this summer on Sandy Beach Regional Park after further investigation, officers also found and seized loaded and unsecured firearms.

He has now been charged with one count, disobeying an order of court, one count, unauthorized possession of a firearm, three counts, unsafe storage of a firearm, one count, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and one count, possession of a firearm knowing possession is unauthorized.

Habetler appeared in North Battleford Provincial Court on Tuesday and was released on the conditions that he would stay inside his home 24 hours a day under electronic monitoring, not go near any children’s play area such as playgrounds or school yards and not have any firearms.
