Two people arrested, drugs seized in Buffalo Narrows

A search of a home in Buffalo Narrows resulted in the arrest of two people and the seizure of almost 30 grams of crack cocaine.

On Sept. 2, around 6 a.m., RCMP searched the building on Green Avenue as part of an ongoing investigation.

During their search, police seized 29 grams of crack cocaine, a sum of cash, and drug trafficking paraphernalia.

As a result, Renee Aubichon, 49, and Colleen Kiezie, 42, from Buffalo Narrows, are each charged with trafficking cocaine and possession of property obtained by crime.

Both are scheduled to appear in court in Buffalo Narrows on Oct. 11.
