Edam Resident Receives Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Medal

Surrounded by friends and family in the community that he has called home for over 101 years, last Wednesday Thomas Terpstra was presented with the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal.

A WWII veteran who served overseas in the Air Force and is still an active member of his local Legion branch, Tommy was visibly moved and offered his heartfelt thanks for receiving such an honour.
