It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Mrs. Emily Cooper on Monday, May 15, 2023, at the age of 84 years.  A Private Graveside Service was held on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at North Battleford City Cemetery with Reverend Jo Ann Hills officiating.
