Man arrested after threat involving a firearm in North Battleford

A man wanted on a Canada-Wide warrant has been arrested following a threat with a firearm at a home in North Battleford.

On the morning of Feb. 21, Battleford RCMP responded to the report at a home on 110^th street near 9^th Ave.

Police found out that two suspects, armed with firearms made threats to one person inside the home. No injuries were reported.

Once officers arrived, they found and arrested a 26-year-old man wanted for a parole violation. Officers also seized an air pistol and a shotgun from the home.
