Slick road surfaces

City crews out addressing icy roads

City of North Battleford crews are busy today tending to the icy road conditions.

The city is advising residents that its operations staff are warning people to use extreme caution when travelling this morning due to glare ice.

“The city currently has three salt trucks out tending to the primary and secondary zones, in addition to school zones as priorities for this morning,” the city said in its release. “Operations staff will then move to salting the other roads in the city.”
