Survived by Simon Tootoosis, Edwin Tootoosis (Millie Tootoosis), Leona Tootoosis, Martin Tootoosis, Shirley Tootoosis, Eric Tootoosis(Diane Tootoosis). Special friend Angie Bergen. Daughter Shelly Tootoosis, Son Franklin (J.J) Tootoosis. Grandchildren Andrea North Peigan and Autumn Sunrise Tootoosis, Austin Lance, Matthew Dion-Tootoosis, Kelli Tootoosis, Deanna Tootoosis, Siane Tootoosis, Kobe Tootoosis, Shelwin Tootoosis.
