Police asking for help in identifying robbery suspect

Battlefords RCMP is seeking help in identifying the suspect of a business robbery.

The incident happened at the 7-11 on 100^th St. in North Battleford around 5:00 a.m. on Sunday, where a man reportedly showed employees a weapon after grabbing merchandise. He then stole the items and left.

The detachment has released surveillance footage of the man. He appears to be wearing a Washington Redskins ball cap, along with grey pants, a black shirt and a jacket.

Police are asking anyone who recognizes the suspect to call Battlefords RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
