It’s important to let people help when you need it, especially when it comes to your health your house or your vehicle. When it comes to recreational vehicles, which are more in demand than ever, Outback RV has the region covered. Their motto: “Are you ready? Let us help!”

Since the beginning of the pandemic, purchases and repairs for vehicles used on summer vacation have been staggering. In order to cover all the bases of vehicle maintenance, Outback RV owner Dave Tupling and the team at Outback RV take pride in how they’ve been able to deliver for their customers, while supplying a welcoming atmosphere unlike anything else in town.

Located on Highway#4 North in North Battleford, Outback RV recently won Best RV Dealership in the Best of the Battlefords (BOB) Awards, when they don’t even sell RV’s! That speaks to how highly people in the community think of Tupling’s ability to service their RV needs.

Outback RV is a full-service repair facility, rostering RV’s while supplying RV accessories and parts, along with camping accessories. Outback RV has the largest variety in town for any make and model and if they don’t have a particular item in stock, they can swiftly order it in.

Since COVID-19 hit, everyone has been trying to fix their RV’s themselves and parts have been in demand. Because no one was allowed for a long time to travel to the States, more households utilized RV’s to be able to spend time at campsites and lakes.

For repairs, it’s bumper-to-bumper service. They take care of your RV plumbing, flooring, propane and electrical systems. Think of an issue, they’ll take it on. The same variety and versatility in supplying parts is there for service. Outback RV will work with all brands of RV’s, travel trailer fifth wheel, cargo trailers and, of course, camping accessories.

Customer satisfaction is a key part of what has made Outback RV a success. Dave talks to nearly every single customer that comes into the store one-on-one, which builds relationships quickly. Look at any website displaying customer comments and you’ll see satisfied RV owners.

To help build this trust with they also have a not-so-secret weapon in a pair of furry felines. In addition to having animals around through Shelley’s dog grooming service, LOL Kanine Spa, the Tupling’s two cats Skittles and Finnigan are commonly seen around the front desk and other areas of the building. They are very people friendly, putting customers at ease as soon as they enter. Some people even come in just to see the animals.

A unique feature for Outback RV that you also won’t find elsewhere is that they sell a ton of dog and cat food. A few years ago, as Shelley was running LOL Kanine Spa, a pet store she frequented that supplied dog food had closed down. Soon after, she was approached by the Horizon brand, which create and distribute their products in Rosthern, to start selling both dog food and cat food on site. Because of the space at Outback RV, it became another feature.

Now, they get frequent customers looking for Horizon pet food, as Outback RV is the only business that sells that this brand between Lloydminster and Saskatoon. It’s the only brand that they sell and they are one of the largest retailers of Horizon brand dog food in Saskatchewan.
