RCMP investigation

Part of 110th Street closed to traffic for RCMP investigation

UPDATE: Police are advising the incident has now concluded and 110th Street has re-opened to traffic. The RCMP add that while the investigation is still active, there is no risk to public safety. Further information will be provided when available.

Battlefords RCMP advised Monday there is currently an increased police presence on 110th Street in North Battleford in relation to an ongoing investigation.

The 1000 block of 110th Street is currently closed to traffic.

People are asked to avoid the areas where the RCMP are present and to follow any police direction provided.

The RCMP say they will provide an update as soon as they are able.
