One of accused in Damian Moosomin homicide case scheduled for preliminary hearing
One of the individuals facing charges related to the death of Damian Moosomin last year is now scheduled for a preliminary hearing in 2022.
Tye Partridge, 24, of Moosomin First Nation, has been charged with first degree murder and had his appearance waived in North Battleford provincial court Monday.
He is set to have a preliminary hearing tentatively scheduled from May 16 to 20, 2022 in North Battleford provincial court.
During the preliminary inquiry the judge will determine if there is sufficient evidence for trial.
