One of accused in Damian Moosomin homicide investigation has case adjourned
One of the individuals facing charges related to the death of Damian Moosomin last year had his case adjourned in North Battleford provincial court Monday.
Tye Partridge, who has been charged with first degree murder, is scheduled to return to court Sept. 17 at 11 a.m. to be spoken to.
Several other individuals are also facing charges.
Denver Roy, who has been charged with accessory after the fact to murder and improperly interfering with human remains, is due back in court Sept. 23 at 11 a.m. to be spoken to.
