Two of accused in Damian Moosomin homicide investigation have cases adjourned

Two of the accused individuals facing charges in the Damian Moosomin homicide investigation had their cases adjourned in North Battleford provincial court on Tuesday.

Tye Partridge and Jannay Blackbird, both facing a charge of first-degree murder, are scheduled to return to court July 26.

Damian Moosomin, 20, was found deceased in the backyard of a property in the 1500 block of 105th Street in North Battleford on May 16, 2020. He was originally reported missing to police on May 11 of that year.

The allegations against the accused have not been proven in court.
