Two of the accused in Moosomin homicide investigation have cases adjourned
Two of the individuals facing charges related to the death of Damian Moosomin last year had their cases adjourned in North Battleford provincial court Tuesday.
Both Tye Partridge and Jannay Blackbird are facing a charge of first-degree murder. They are scheduled to return to court July 6 to be spoken to.
Several others are also facing charges in the case.
Stormy Wapass-Semaganis, facing a charge of first-degree murder, will return to court on Sept. 24 at 10 a.m. She applied for bail at Queen’s Bench court, but the court indicated there was a publication ban on the June 17 decision.
