Two of accused in Moosomin homicide investigation seeking bail
Two of the individuals facing charges related to the death of Damian Moosomin last year are seeking bail.
Stormy Wapass-Semaganis is facing a charge of first degree murder in the case.
Lawyer Andrew Lyster, on behalf of defence lawyer Bill Archer, said in North Battleford provincial court Wednesday that ultimately the defence counsel is looking at having a bail hearing in the Court of Queen’s Bench.
A bail supervision and verification report was ordered for Wapass-Semaganis in North Battleford court.
