RCMP investigating gunshot fired in North Battleford

Battlefords RCMP are investigating the discharge of a firearm towards a residence in North Battleford this morning.

Police received the call of a window of a Scott Drive residence being damaged around 3 a.m., where the occupants had assumed it was was someone throwing a rock. There were no injuries.

Anyone with video camera’s on or near Scott Drive, or who have information relevant to the incident, are encouraged to call the Battlefords RCMP detachment or Crime Stoppers.The investigation is ongoing.
