It includes information that is especially helpful to pregnant women living in Saskatchewan.

Information in this app is evidence-based, which means that it is supported by research.

All of the content has been reviewed by a diverse group of healthcare professionals working throughout Saskatchewan.

• Daily Tip: pregnancy-related health tips
• Monthly Summary: summaries of baby’s growth
• To Do List: recommended list for each trimester; items can be added and removed
• My Videos: pregnancy-related educational videos
• Pregnancy Timeline: visual display of when things are expected to happen in pregnancy, including when medical tests should be done
• My Health: includes a variety of functions to help track and maintain health during pregnancy These include:
  My Mental Health – a mental health questionnaire (Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale). Based on the score, different recommendations are provided on how to address depression and anxiety. The screen can be repeated and scores can be tracked over time.
  My Weight Gain – calculates pre-pregnancy BMI from entered weight and height. Based on BMI, provides recommended weight gain range. Able to track weight gain and view a graph showing healthy range of weight gain and actual weight gain, over time.
  My Blood Pressure – allows for entering of blood pressure readings and based on the numbers entered, different recommendations are provided. Able to keep record of blood pressure readings, along with the date and time, for self or to share with doctor.
  Kick Counter – allows for tracking of baby’s movement over a two-hour period. Different messages are provided based on whether there have been 6 or more movements in two hours versus less than 6 movements in two hours.
• My Journal: space to write entries and upload images
• My Resources: map with GPS capability providing location and other information on local resources, programs, and services (e.g., health centres, public health offices, hospitals, prenatal support programs, immunization services)
• Ask a Healthcare Provider: includes “Ask a Nurse or Mental Health Clinician” and “Ask a Pharmacist” Ask a Nurse or Mental Health Clinician – provides information about HealthLine, including contact information
  Ask a Pharmacist – provides information about medSask, including contact information
• Export to PDF: provides the option of exporting the information that has been entered into the app
