Accused in Todd Stone homicide investigation has case adjourned

A man facing a second-degree murder charge related to the Todd Levi Stone homicide investigation had his case adjourned in North Battleford provincial court Thursday.

Michael Jordan White, also known as Michael Jordan Frank, 32, who is in custody appeared in court via CCTV.

Court heard the accused is in the process of attempting to obtain a private lawyer from Alberta.

White’s case has been adjourned to Sept. 10.

According to the RCMP, Todd Levi Stone, 38, was found unconscious in a home on the 800 block of 110 Street in North Battleford on May 12. He was later transported to hospital in Saskatoon for further medical treatment and declared deceased on May 13.

The allegations against the accused have not been proven in court.
