Accused in Sequin Mooswa homicide has case adjourned

The accused in the Sequin Mooswa homicide investigation remains in custody and is scheduled to return to North Battleford Provincial Court later this month.

He had his matter adjourned at his last court appearance.

Keenan Mirasty, 21, of North Battleford, is charged with second-degree murder.

Mirasty was arrested March 10 after police attended a home on St. Laurent Drive in North Battleford for a check well-being request on March 8. It was there police located Mooswa deceased.
