Several individuals were arrested following an alleged incident involving a firearm in North Battleford Wednesday.
Battlefords RCMP report said around 10 p.m. last night, officers responded to a home on the 1800 block of Trudeau Street for a complaint of two males seen standing outside with a long-barrelled firearm.
When police arrived they did not immediately locate anyone. Police determined no shots were fired and no one was injured in the incident.
Following an investigation, police arrested several suspects at another residence. The RCMP report they believe this was not a random incident. Charges and further arrests are pending.
