Mr. Laurent Hamel of Battleford, Saskatchewan and formerly of Edam, Saskatchewan passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 in Battleford, Saskatchewan at the age of 92 years. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 @ 11:00 a.m. from Christ the King Roman Catholic Church with Reverend Father Peter Passe M.S.P. officiating. Interment will follow the service in the Edam Catholic Cemetery. Memorial donations in memory of Laurent may be directed to Masses or a Charity of the Donor’s choice.
