Mr. Richard Tozer of North Battleford, SK passed away at his residence on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at the age of 69 years.  A Funeral Service will be held for Mr. Richard Tozer on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. from the St. George’s Anglican Church with Reverend Janice Trost officiating.  Interment will take place at the CandoCemetery at a later date.  For those wishing to leave a condolence, you may do so at www.eternalmemoriesfuneral.ca  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Trevor Watts of Eternal Memories Funeral Service & Crematorium.
