Stanley Pooyak, late of Sweetgrass First Nation passed away on July 26th two days after his 80th birthday. Stanley is remembered by his companion Linda Badger, his children Delores Pooyak, Dion (Sharyn) Paskiman, Norma (Brian Metchewais), Loretta (Nelson) Wuttunee, Malcolm Pooyak, Calvin Pooyak, adopted son Terry Bird and well numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers Floyd Pooyak and Elvis Pooyak, sisters Lillian Pooyak, Agnus Tupone and Marilyn Pooyak.

He was predeceased by his parents Solomon & Emily Pooyak, brothers David Pooyak, Steven Pooyak, Leslie Pooyak, sisters Betty Ann Pooyak and Doreen Pooyak.

Funeral Service for Stanley will be held 11:00 am, Tuesday, July 30th, 2019 at Sweetgrass First Nation Community Hall. Interment in Sweetgrass First Nation Cemetery. Sallows & McDonald-Wilson & Zehner Funeral Home in care of arrangements. 306-445-2418
