With the writ soon to drop for the fall federal election, political parties are finalizing candidates to run in the riding of Battlefords-Lloydminster.

For the third time, Larry Ingram will represent the Liberal party, according to their website. He placed third in both the December 2017 byelection and the 2015 federal election.

Ingram is a small business owner and sheet metal contractor from Turtleford. He has served as a municipal councillor for the Rural Municipality of Mervin and as a school board trustee.

The federal Greens will have David Kim-Cragg as their candidate for the vote. A bio on his website says Kim-Cragg is a father of two from Sudbury. For the past eight years, he has served as the CEO of the Saskatoon—University riding association.
