Numerous new faces on Battleford and North Battleford councils

The unofficial election day results are in and they show new blood is coming to North Battleford’s city council.
Three new councillors were elected. Kevin Steinborn received 1,273 votes, Len Taylor 1,232 votes and Kent Lindgren with 1,062 votes.
Kelli Hawtin, Greg Lightfoot and Don Buglas were re-elected to their council seats.
Mayor Ryan Bater was acclaimed.
