Nov 22, 2016 | 4:00 PM

UPDATE: The #TransformSK public consultation session in North Battleford has changed its location. The session will be held in the Harvest Room at the Western Development Museum on Dec. 14, not the Gold Eagle Lodge.

Saskatchewan needs your say in a recent project aimed at transforming the province.

The recent consultation project with the hashtag #TransformSK, is “the largest pan-industry consultation in Saskatchewan history” according to its website.

Five organizations make up the project’s coalition: the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce, Saskatchewan Construction Association, Saskatchewan Mining Association, Saskatchewan Manufacturing Council, and the Agricultural Producers Association of Saskatchewan.

#TransformSK is taking in comments from citizens, businesses and associations all throughout the province. The four main priority areas of discussion are the government, the economy, infrastructure, and education.
Opinions can be voice several ways. Submissions like videos or written letters are accepted through the website, or in person consultations will be open throughout the province over a two-month span.

Public consultations will be held in 15 cities through Saskatchewan, including North Battleford.

After all opinions are voiced, a report will be put together and presented to the premier with recommended actions to take.

The public consultation will be in North Battleford on Dec.14, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., at the Gold Eagle Lodge.
