City rewarding neighbourly behaviour with Snow Angels
North Battleford residents could be rewarded for helping their neighbours this winter with the return of the city’s Snow Angel program.
The program asks residents to tell the city when they help a neighbour shovel snow, or if someone helps them.
“The Snow Angel program invites North Battleford residents of all ages to help out their neighbours this winter,” acting communications coordinator Dustin MacDonald said. “It encourages healthy, willing residents to help others when clearing snow from sidewalks, especially elderly residents or anybody with health or mobility restrictions.”
Residents can mail or email nominations to the city for the Snow Angel program.
